Giacomel lets Italy's squad dream briefly

This is something unusual in relay races, where the athletes have three reloading cartridges available per shoot. Final runner Dominik Windisch was no longer able to attack forward - also because he also had to go into the penalty loop. In the end, Italy finished in 10th place. The same three nations were on the winner's podium as in Östersund a week ago. First place went to Norway, followed by France, and Russia in third place. The Hochfilzen weekend will be rounded off at 1:3 p.m. with the women's pursuit.
