Only one person wins in the men's sprint

Johannes Thingnes Bø is and remains the measure of all things in men's biathlon. The 26-year-old is hard to bend, especially when sprinting. The Norwegian has won eight of the last ten sprint races. The Norwegian also flexed his muscles in Hochfilzen.
