Dorothea Wierer was the starting runner for the Italians

Italian women's relay in Ruhpolding in fifth place

After 6th place in Oberhof, Italy's women's relay team with Dorothea Wierer, Karin Oberhofer, Nicole Gontier and Alexia Runggaldier also surprised in Ruhpolding on Wednesday and took an excellent 5th place. The quartet performed excellently, especially at the shooting range, recording only four missed shots.
