Gabriela Soukalova was an exception on the biathlon stage. The Czech has won Olympic medals, World Cup medals and the overall World Cup during her career. And: She took the hearts of fans by storm. An explosive separation However, Soukalova had to end her glorious career in 2019 at the age of 29. But that doesn't mean it has disappeared from focus - on the contrary. Last year it became known that the former biathlete had separated from her husband Petr Koukal. The two had been married since 2016 and were a real sports dream couple in the Czech Republic: she was a successful biathlete and he was a gifted badminton player. But in September 2020 everything was over, which is why Soukalova - who was called "Koukalova" during the marriage based on her husband's name - went back to her maiden name. However, the divorce is anything but smooth. The 32-year-old claims that Petr Koukal embezzled her money during their marriage. Millions are at stake and the dispute is dragging on in court. The two-time world champion has found new love again. Shortly after breaking up with Koukal, it became known that a certain Miloš was the new man at her side. “He is the type of man who respects me with all my flaws and accepts me as I am. “It’s very liberating,” says Soukalova, who has worked, among other things, as a TV presenter since retiring.

The couple made nails with their heads because in March Soukalova announced that she was pregnant. A few weeks ago the time had finally come and the biathlon queen's first baby saw the light of day.
