Michela Ponza 4th in the sprint in Presque Isle

South Tyrol's biathletes are in enviable shape. At the World Cup in Presque Isle in the US state of Maine, Michela Ponza from Val Gardena narrowly missed a place on the podium, a week before her 32nd birthday. Ponza, who shot clean at the shooting range, finished fourth in the 7,5km sprint, just 2,6 seconds behind Ukraine's Valj Semerenko.
