Rebecca Passler is promoted to the World Cup squad

The 19-year-old from Antholz has had an extremely successful season and was in top form, especially in the final spurt of winter. She won 3 medals at the Junior World Championships in Obertilliach and came 3rd in the IBU Cup at the same place. There is also an interesting change with regard to the coaching staff of the World Cup squad. In addition to Andreas Zingerle (head coach), Andrea Zattoni and Klaus Höllrigl, Mirco Romanin is now also a member. The previous junior coach will be supporting the senior team as a coach for the first time. This should also make it easier for Rebecca Passler to get started. Rebecca Passler is promoted to the World Cup squad

The Italian Winter Sports Federation announced on Friday the composition of the national biathlon team for the coming season. The young Rebecca Passler finds herself in the A squad for the first time.
