Sweden celebrates – Azzurri with light and shadow

Italy (Didier Bionaz, Lukas Hofer, Thomas Bormolini, Dominik Windisch) had to settle for 8th place on Sunday after finishing 5th in Kontiolahti. Didier Bionaz once again proved to be a weak point. As in Kontiolahti, the 8-year-old Lombard showed a good performance and did not lose any place. Dominik Windisch also did a good job. Like Hofer and Bormolini, he had to reload twice and crossed the finish line for the Azzurri in 29th place - just behind France and Austria. Samuelsson wins duel against Bø Surprisingly, the victory did not go to Norway or France. For the Norwegians, Johannes Thingnes Bø missed a possible victory with a penalty loop in the last shooting. Sweden's Sebastian Samuelsson, on the other hand, stayed cool (although he had problems repeating the cartridges). Although he had to reload twice, unlike Bø he avoided a penalty and led the Swedes (Peppe Femling, Jasper Nelin, Martin Ponsiluoma, Sebastian Samuelsson) to victory.
