On Thursday evening (CET), the eighth stage of the Biathlon World Cup opened with the sprint in Presque Isle (USA). The Norwegian Johannes Thingnes Bø was not to be beaten, while the South Tyroleans' Canadian momentum from the previous week seems to have evaporated somewhat.
