The doping case against Gottlieb Taschler, his son Daniel and the Italian doctor Michele Ferrari, which caused a stir in the media, must be reopened. This was decided by the Court of Cassation in Rome in the highest instance, which annulled the judgment of the appeal court in Bolzano.
