The cross-country skiers open the fight for precious metal on Sunday with the sprint (F) for the juniors. The Nordic combined athletes will follow on January 30th with the men's jumping (HS 106), the ski jumpers will enter the World Championships on February 1st with the women's competition (HS106). What is new is that the women in Nordic combined can get a taste of World Cup air for the first time with a test event. These nine South Tyroleans are starting at the U23 World Cup

The Junior Nordic World Ski Championships begin on Sunday in Kandersteg, Switzerland. Nine athletes from South Tyrol are taking part. The “Azzurri” are sending a total of 45 athletes to the World Cup in the sports of cross-country skiing, Nordic combined and ski jumping.
