Despite a nosebleed, World Championship silver for Carolina Kostner
Carolina Kostner won the silver medal at the World Figure Skating Championships in London, Ontario, Canada. The 26-year-old from Val Gardena only had to admit defeat to the South Korean Olympic champion Yu-Na Kim with 197,89 points (a new personal best). Bronze went to the Japanese Mao Asada.
