The favorites were moving quickly in the Pustertal. The two leaders of the Ski Classics overall ranking, Emil Persson and Ida Dahl, who competed with the yellow start number, achieved three victories in Bad Gastein, in Vinschgau and at today's 47th Pustertal Ski Marathon. While Ida Dahl ran to success alone on Saturday, Emil Persson had to work hard for his triumph.

The Swede led a five-man team in the final, which saw constant changes at the top between the leader, Andres Nygaard, Oskar Kardin, Kasper Stadaas and Amund Riege. In the race for second place, a Norwegian battle broke out between Gjerde Alnes and Fleten, who finished in that order.

Ida Dahl: “I had a very good day. At the beginning I took it easy so as not to use up too much energy. The conditions were great, the track was tough and I liked it, it was a really good day. I’m very excited for tomorrow, the route is difficult, but it’s also a fun challenge.”

Second place went to the South Tyrolean Klettenhammer and third place to the German Kochener. Max Olex, an Austrian, won over 30 km, beating Emanuele Busin (Team Internorm) and Matteo Tanel (Team Robinson).

The women's 60km race was dominated by Germany's Franziska Müller, who beat Nicole Tröger and Marta Gentile (Team Robinson) by more than 30 seconds. The Czech Adéla Boudíková won the 30 km, followed by the Austrians Anna Schmidhofer and Anna Seebacher.
