Continental Cup: Lukas Runggaldier second in Soldier Hollow

The Nordic Combined Continental Cup is currently in Soldier Hollow. The two South Tyroleans Lukas Runggaldier and Manuel Maierhofer are also among the participants. Runggaldier only had to give way to favorite Bill Demong in the first of three competitions.
