Can Armin Zöggeler end his long dry spell in Sigulda?

The artificial ice rink in Sigulda, which opened in 1986, is the venue for the fourth World Cup 2012/13 this weekend. In Latvia, exceptional luger Armin Zöggeler has achieved nine successes in the World Cup and was crowned world champion in 2003. He also celebrated his most recent victory in the World Cup there, at the finale of the 2010/2011 season.
