Ludwig Rieder and Patrick Rastner climbed to third place with Italy's relay team

South Tyrol's tobogganers came third in the team competition

The Italian toboggan team finished the World Cup opener in Igls with third place in the team competition. The team, consisting of the South Tyroleans Sandra Robatscher, Dominik Fischnelller and Ludwig Rieder/Patrick Rastner, only had to admit defeat to the Germans and Latvians.
