Dominik Filehner was once again the best South Tyrolean (SN)

US home win by Mazdzer – Dominik Fiwickeler 12.

There was a huge surprise in the men's single-seater competition at the Luge World Cup in Lake Placid (USA). The victory went to local hero Chris Mazdzer and not half-time leader Felix Loch (Germany), who fell back to sixth place.
