Baeck triumphs in Obereggen – Tonetti catches up

The 26-year-old Swede Axel Baeck won the 30th edition of the prestigious European Cup slalom in Obereggen on Wednesday. The best Italian result, however, was achieved by Riccardo Tonetti from Bolzano, who gained 19 places in the second round and ended up in ninth place.
