The investment in spring, where up to 250.000 m³ of artificial snow was produced, is particularly paying off this year after a winter with little snow and an extremely hot summer. Our employees have developed great expertise over all these years and know what the teams value. This expertise and courtesy on our part are very much appreciated, which is why the teams from both the Alpine and Nordic sectors are always happy to come to us,” explained Hütter.

All those who like to be on the boards in their free time can take their first turns of the season all day long (until 8 p.m.) since Saturday, October 2022, 16.00. In addition to the Grawand piste, the Gletschersee piste and, from Saturday, the Finail piste are also open.

The Iceman Ötzi Peak viewing platform at 3.251 m sits enthroned on the Grawand Peak on the Schnalstal Glacier and can be reached on foot in just 15 minutes: hikers and day trippers can look forward to a view of 126 three-thousanders in the border triangle, a panoramic view of the high mountains with a lot of history and tradition: of Ötzi to transhumance across the watershed to smuggling trails and mountain borders. The view all around and back is definitely worth it.
