Choroshilow leads in Santa Caterina – Tonetti is the best South Tyrolean

Alexander Khoroshilov leads after the first round of the World Cup slalom in Santa Caterina. The 31-year-old Russian is just ahead of the Norwegian Henrik Kristoffersen and the Austrian Marcel Hirscher. South Tyrol's slalom aces, on the other hand, were not really convincing in the first round: While Manfred Mölgg was eliminated after a few poles, Riccardo Tonetti and Patrick Thaler opened up a big gap.
