Cuche is the master on the “Streif” – South Tyroleans drive well

"I'm happy that I showed a good race. That gives me a lot of self-confidence. I'm not out of the tunnel yet, but I'm starting to see light," said Peter Fill from Kastelruth after the Hahnenkamm race.

Christof Innerhofer was not completely satisfied with his trip. "I made a few too many mistakes. A podium place would have been possible today, I was also very confident. But you can't afford any mistakes, and that's why I wasn't good enough today," said der Gaiser.

Werner Heel was already setting his sights on the race in Chamonix. "I really enjoy driving there. This result gives me a boost. I made a few too many mistakes in the upper part, which cost me a lot of time. We proved today that we are close to the podium and at some point it will work," said the Waltener.

Siegmar Klotz had to be taken to hospital after a fall. In the fall, the ski racer from Lana suffered a severe concussion and broke his left arm. He will spend the night in the hospital for observation.
