Are night races still relevant?

Skiing is facing a turning point

The cancellation of the Alpine ski races at a far too early start to the season also makes it clear to our columnist Sigi Heinrich that it is time to rethink. Alpine skiing is facing a turning point, as glaciers will no longer be available as a base for a few turns in the snow for a long time. And the white base is almost exclusively produced artificially anyway.

Events on the glacier in Sölden must now be a thing of the past, says Sigi Heinrich in his new column.
