Küng became a father in February of this year and in March he started a new job, namely in the sales department of the cable car manufacturer Bartholet. The catering company La Culina ordered 14 gondolas, which will be set up on the shores of Lake Walen in the canton of St. Gallen next week. The restaurant, aptly named La Gondola, will open on June 11th. And Patrick Küng has landed his first coup. The Swiss is not only a world champion on the slopes.
