Dominik Paris races to the podium at the start of the season

Dominik Paris got off to an excellent start to the season in Val d'Isère. The Ultner landed in third place in the first Super-G of the year. The Norwegian Kjetil Jansrud took victory in his 50th Super-G start, ahead of his compatriot Aksel Lund Svindal, who celebrated a sensational comeback after recovering from a cruciate ligament injury.
