Eisath is recommended for the Olympics – double victory for the Austrians

The Austrian Marcel Hirscher won the giant slalom in Garmisch-Partenkirchen with a whopping 1,57 seconds lead over Manuel Feller. A special event for both Hirscher and Tyroleans. While Hirscher celebrated his tenth win of the season, Feller was on the podium for the first time in the World Cup. This is a novelty for both of them.

Eisath shows a strong performance – Mölgg misses the top 10

Florian Eisath achieved the best placement of the season. The Eggentaler, who finished sixth in the first race, finished a good seventh. There could have been more, but Eisath made a serious mistake in the final part. This cost him a lot of time because the mistake happened exactly on the flat part of the Kandahar runway.
