Fill achieved another top result in training

Fill already became the focus of attention on Wednesday when he was only beaten by Kjetil Jansrud in the first downhill training. Fill also showed a strong performance on Thursday and took second place behind Erik Guay, just three hundredths of a second behind. The Castelrotto driver was in first place in the interim times until the end, but let the reins slip a little in the last part of the route and ended up in second place. Norway's Kjetil Jansrud finished third, 0,86 seconds behind Guay.

Christof Innerhofer was in 14th place at the end of training, while Dominik Paris was well in the race in the first part of his journey, but then put the handbrake on and fell back to 34th place. Werner Heel came 43rd, while Florian Schieder finished 74th.
