The Swiss shouldn't complain. If they are unable to prepare the slopes, they cannot demand that the rules be changed to accommodate them. The rules probably came up themselves anyway when it seemed more favorable in another situation.
Goggia really deserved the ball, I was just afraid that she would get hurt again if the Swiss raced on a rough track. Serious injuries have often occurred on Lenzerheide because the slopes were poorly prepared.
