Hanna Schnarf gives strong signs of life

The 33-year-old was not at all satisfied at the finish. The reason: The finish curve wasn't exactly perfect; from the last split time to the finish, the gap doubled. After all, Schnarf is the best “Azzurra”.

Weirather wins Tina Weirather celebrated a crowning conclusion to a successful weekend in Lake Louise, the Liechtensteiner won the Super-G after finishing second and fifth in the downhills on Friday and Saturday. Lara Gut from Switzerland came second, ahead of Super-G world champion Nicole Schmidhofer (AUT). Lindsey Vonn and Ester Ledecka were eliminated.

The Women's Ski World Cup now returns to Europe, with an Alpine Combined and two Super-Gs next weekend in St. Moritz, Switzerland.
