Heartbreaking: Vonn is crying her heart out

A year ago, Vonn injured her knee and shin - a big blow in her farewell season for the American, who has the most women's World Cup victories to her name.

Curious: Lying on the hospital bed and crying her heart out, Vonn asks for chocolate and ice cream. “No matter how much it hurts, just give me some ice cream and chocolate. That makes every day better,” said Vonn.
