Karoline Pichler 23rd in the European Cup downhill in St. Moritz

The Austrian Cornelia Hütter and the Slovenian Vanja Brodnik won the European Cup downhill ex-equo in St. Moritz, Switzerland, on Thursday. The Swiss Corinne Suter came third, 32 hundredths behind. The best “Azzurra” in the race was Sofia Goggia in 5th place, while South Tyrolean Karoline Pichler had to settle for 23rd place.
