Delicious video: Neureuther and the slightly different descent

A “comeback” with a wink: Felix Neureuther is once again making people smile on social media. On Thursday, the German ski star went on a hiking trip to the Dreitorspitze, a mountain range in Bavaria. At a spot covered in snow, the young father could no longer contain his desire: wearing shorts and mountain boots, he slid down the steep slope in downhill style and had a blast doing it.

He posted the video on Facebook with the title: “Comeback,” followed by a winking smiley. The video also quickly became a hit on Instagram. “Wild dog,” commented one user, another wrote: “Once a racer, always a racer.” And ARD commentator Bernd Schmelzer even said: “Technically very clean.”
