Ligety with the best time in the first run – Eisath 16th, Mölgg 17th.

Ted Ligety is in the lead after the first round of the World Cup giant slalom in Sölden. The American leads ahead of the Austrian Marcel Hirscher and the Frenchman Thomas Fanara. Florian Eisath and Manfred Mölgg will also be there in the second round.
