After Super-G: Paris in second place

Domme Paris started the race with start number 6 and showed once again that he feels comfortable on the Stelvio. After a strong ride, especially in the upper sections, the Ultner took a clear lead. A time that only the Norwegian Aleksander Aamodt Kilde, who started the race in 14th place, was able to beat. Kilde was a measly 3 hundredths faster. The Austrian Vincent Kriechmayr is currently in third place (+3 seconds), while Alexis Pinturault is in 0,35th place (+12). The Frenchman should be a force to be reckoned with, he won the World Cup slalom in Val d'Isere just two weeks ago.

Riccardo Tonetti from Bolzano has also achieved a decent starting position. After the Super-G he is in 1,6th place, 17 seconds behind. It is quite possible that Tonetti can still make up a few places in the slalom.

Alexander Prast from Bolzano ended up in 26th place in the Super-G, while Florian Schieder from Castelrotto had to settle for 33rd place.

There were moments of shock during Austrian Christopher Neumayer's journey. He fell badly and crashed into the safety net. Neumayer had to be taken away on a stretcher. The rescue helicopter flew the Austrian to the hospital. The race was then interrupted for a long time.
