The ski moose celebrated a triple victory: Lucas Braathen, just 18 years old, took home the second European Cup victory of his career, followed by his compatriots Bjoernar Neteland (+0,23 seconds) and Rasmus Windingstad (+0,50). The first non-Norwegian was only in fourth place: the Austrian Stefan Brennsteiner mastered the giant slalom on the Erta slope in 2.02,47:0,77 minutes, overcoming a gap of XNUMX seconds.

Simon Maurberger, on the other hand, missed out on a top spot: The Ahrntaler was in a promising fourth place after the first run, but fell back to 10th place in the decision. Nevertheless, there is reason for Maurberger to be happy: In the overall standings of the European Cup, he is in first place, 61 points ahead of Lucas Braathen.

The best Italian was Giovanni Borsotti in eighth place. Hannes Zingerle finished the giant slalom in 30th place, further back were Alex Zingerle (40th), Samuel Moling (48th), Alex Vinatzer (49th) and Tobias Kastlunger (53rd).
