Nyman is ahead in Val Gardena training – UPDATE

The American Steven Nyman lived up to his reputation as an outspoken Val Gardena specialist in his first training session on the Saslong. The two-time winner (2006, 2012) was the only driver to stay under two minutes (1:59,98 mins). Behind him were Kjetil Jansrud (+0,19 seconds) and - somewhat surprisingly - Tobias Stechert (+0,54). As the best South Tyrolean driver, Dominik Paris placed fourth.
