Peter Fill wins two FIS super combinations in Pila

The 32-year-old speed specialist from Castelrotto finished ahead of Emanuele Buzzi and the Swiss Justin Murisier in the first competition. “Five intensive weeks await us and we have to use our strengths cleverly. The season is going well, I'm always fast on every type of track. Wengen is my favorite piste because I was always strong there. The program also includes a super combination, which I'm very pleased about. I used the races here in Pila to prepare and with a bit of luck I could achieve another top result this weekend,” Fill is quoted as saying on the website of the Italian Winter Sports Association.

Five South Tyroleans go to Wengen
