4th place! Peter Fill misses the podium in Lake Louise

One thing became clear when we left Lake Louise: Peter Fill is also a force to be reckoned with this winter. The Castelrotto native, who has always been able to win the downhill ball in the last two years, was already close to the podium at the start of the Men's Olympic, but missed it by two tenths in the end and came fourth. Fill was very fast, especially in the upper part, but then made a few small mistakes in his ride, which ultimately cost him a place in the top three.

Feuz takes the victory The Swiss Beat Feuz was unbeatable on Saturday: with 1.43,76:0,32 minutes he set a best time that no other runner could beat. Matthias Mayer took second place, just nine hundredths of a second behind, while comebacker Aksel Lund Svindal ended up in third place, XNUMX seconds behind.
