There was an Austrian home victory at the World Cup downhill in Altenmarkt-Zauchensee: 22-year-old Christine Scheyer confirmed her strong training result from the morning. Nicol Delago from Val Gardena, however, was able to celebrate her best World Cup result in ninth place.
