Hannes Reichelt is a calm and level-headed guy. That's what made him so popular in the World Cup circuit over the years. The fact that he remained active as a skier until he was 40 shows how great his love for this sport is. So it's no surprise that he wants to stay in this environment even after his career is over. Wie die Krone newspaper reports, Reichelt has completed trainer training. “It would be a shame if you couldn’t pass on all your experience and knowledge,” says the Salzburg native, who has a special connection to South Tyrol: his wife Larissa comes from Sulden. The family – which also includes son Niklas – now lives in Innsbruck. I have to say, my brain is not a sponge, it has somehow dried up in the last few years,” jokes the 2015 Super-G world champion.
