Shiffrin celebrates Christmas in South Tyrol

Mikaela Shiffrin unpacked the presents under the Christmas tree not at home in the USA, not in Isola, France (the home of her boyfriend Mathieu Faivre), but in South Tyrol. The ski queen, together with her friend Faivre, ended up in the Badia Valley, more precisely in the “Moelgg Dolomites Residence” in St. Vigil. The hosts there, namely the siblings Manfred and Manuela Mölgg, are well known to Shiffrin from the World Cup.

In St. Vigil, friend Mathieu Faivre posted a group photo on Christmas Day in which the two Mölgg siblings and Werner Heel (Manuela Mölgg's friend) can also be seen.

But there isn't much time for Shiffrin to rest: the World Cup doubles (slalom and giant slalom) are scheduled to take place in Semmering on December 28th and 29th.
