Ski trouble in Italy: athlete attacks FISI

One athlete who got caught is Valentina Cillara Rossi. At almost 26 years old, the woman from Genoa is in her prime as a skier, which she showed last season. In the European Cup she consistently finished in the top 10 and even managed to reach the podium twice. Now there is no longer a place for her - just like for Vivien Insam and 23-year-old Luise Matilde Maria Bertani, who collected her first World Cup points last winter - on the national team. “This is the new Italian strategy: the faster I drive, the more I stay at home,” wrote an angry Cillara Rossi on Instagram.
