Alpine skiing: A South Tyrolean becomes World Cup race director

If Günter Hujara steps down at the end of the 2013/14 season, a South Tyrolean will take up the position of “Men's Alpine Chief Race Director”. Markus Waldner, 50 years old from Brixen, then heads the “Alpine” racing area at the FIS.
