Slalom Kranjska Gora: Shiffrin on the verge of her fourth win of the season

At the World Cup Slalom in Kranjska Gora, the top American favorite Mikaela Shiffrin is in the lead after the first round. The 18-year-old achieved the best time of 54,31 seconds on the slope, which was softened by the fallen snow and rain, and came out on top by 31 hundredths of a second ahead of the Swedes Frida Hansdotter and Maria Pietilä-Holmner (+ 0,63).
