South Tyrol and Sölden: A love-hate relationship that connects

At the weekend, the athletes and fans will end the tiresome wait for the start of the season with a lavish winter sports festival in the lower Ötztal - if the weather cooperates. A look back at the World Cup history of the Tyrolean ski stronghold shows that Sölden has proven to be a difficult place for South Tyroleans in the past.
