South Tyrolean women made it into the top 20 four times at the European Cup in St. Moritz

In the first downhill run, which had been brought forward to Tuesday, Karoline Pichler from Petersberg took 1,19th place, 16 seconds behind the winner Larisa Yurkiw (Canada), while Anan Hofer from Ahrntal, Verena Gasslitter from Castelrotto and the Val Gardena's Nicole Delago didn't get past ranks 35, 37 and 41 respectively.

On Wednesday there was another downhill run and a Super-G on the program. In the downhill, Karoline Pichler was once again the only South Tyrolean in the top 20 (17th/+1,55 seconds), while Delago and Hofer took 17th and 18th place in the Super-G. Victory in both competitions went to the Norwegian Ragnhild Mowinckel.
