Siegmar Klotz (Lana), however, crossed the finish line in 38th place, 3,66 seconds behind Svindal.

In the finish area, Dominik Paris watched his teammates at work. The Ultner fell badly in the first training session and had to skip the Super-G. The 24-year-old will decide in the early evening whether he will start the descent on Saturday. “It's a shame about Peter's mistake, which cost him a top result. As for me, I hope to start tomorrow.
