Training crash: Svindal has to go under the knife

The Norwegian fell during training in Copper Mountain on Thursday and sustained a hand injury. “I sustained a hand injury in a small crash on Thursday, which is a little more complicated than initially thought,” writes Svindal on Instagram. “I therefore decided to undergo an operation today (Saturday, editor’s note).”
