Vonn in the first run without competition – South Tyroleans disappoint

Lindsey Vonn reduced the entire women's speed elite to extras in the first round of the sprint downhill in Zauchensee. At the halfway point of the race, the American is in the lead ahead of Canada's Larisa Yurkiw and Tina Weirather from Liechtenstein. Hanna Schnarf and Verena Stuffer, however, were not convincing.
