The 26-year-old from Liechtenstein set the best time on Thursday morning during the first training session for the World Cup sprint downhill on the “Kälberloch” slope in Altenmarkt-Zauchensee on Saturday. The well-known ski resort in the state of Salzburg has stepped in for St. Anton, where the races had to be canceled at the end of December due to a lack of snow.
