Ski queen is overjoyed with her baby.

“We are in love”: Ski couple in seventh baby heaven

They have put their careers behind them for some time now, and now a dream ski couple can look forward to some very special news.

“Our wild tribe is growing”: With these words, Resi Stiegler and her husband David Ketterer announced offspring in December 2023. Now the time has come for the two former ski aces. Little Romi was born on March 22nd and puts mom Resi and dad David in total happiness. Two-year-old Rosi, the ski couple's first-born daughter, was also happy with them.

“We are all in love and cuddled up in our hut,” wrote Resi Stiegler on Instagram and posted some sweet photos. Below there are a number of congratulations from the ski family, for example from the Mölgg siblings, Lindsey Vonn and Anna Veith.

The happiness of the young family is perfect. And the offspring probably have enough ski genes anyway, after all, both parents were on the World Cup circuit for years. Resi Stiegler was considered a real bird of paradise: On the one hand, the American was in the slalom class (she reached the World Cup podium once), and on the other hand, she caused a stir with her extravagant outfits. So Stiegler always started with a helmet with tiger ears glued to it.

Her husband David Ketterer (he comes from Baden-Württemberg) was also in the ski circus and once landed in the top 20. Now the young couple can fully concentrate on their two little daughters.
