The ski jumpers and Nordic combined athletes start the new season

South Tyrol's ski jumpers and Nordic combined athletes are looking forward to the start of the World Cup, which will take place this weekend in Lillehammer. It's currently raining in the Norwegian city, which has little snow, and temperatures are around zero: not exactly the best conditions for the athletes.
